HCCS offers a large range mounting and finishing services.
We will gladly mount any work not produced by HCCS:
Adhesive backed Prints; Mount client's own material; Painted edges;Claytastic edging; Radius corners; Overmounting & Split battens by quotation; Velcro hook (applied to panels); Velcro hook & loop (applied to panels); Velcro hook 25m roll; Velcro hook & loop 25m roll.
Whilst every care will be taken, we cannot accept any responsibility and work is undertaken at the client's own risk.
Delivery, Postage and packaging will be charged at cost
Mounting Substrates
CARD
Available for up to 20mm thickness.
1250 micron or 2000 micron white card, lightweight inexpensive material.
FOAMBOARD
Lightweight board with a foam core suitable for short term exhibition use and framing. Available in 5mm or 10mm.
FLEXIBLE PVC
Rollable PVC, ideal for large graphics which can be rolled for ease of transport. Available in various thicknesses from 120,, 220, 320, 480 micron PVC.
MDF
Heavyweight board available in 5mm, 10mm, 11mm, 12mm and 15mm thicknesses.
ACRYLIC
Clear or opal acrylic in various thicknesses (1mm-10mm+)
Ideal for mounting duratrans or backlit prints for light-boxes
DIBOND/ALUMINIUM
Ideal for outdoor prints
Sealing
Various UV protective seals available to enhance the life of your prints.
Seals offer excellent protection against dirt, fingermarks and general wear and are asily cleaned.

We can supply large format printing on a wide variety of materials.
The graphics department is the location for large format electronic output
Using inkjet printing methods, we can produce superb quality high definition colour posters
up to virtually any size (1.2m maximum tile width).
Large Format Printing
Large format printing for pop up stands, banner stands, posters, display banners,
exhibition display prints, photographic prints onto various materials which can then
be mounted onto various substrates and laminated for protection.

PHOTO GLOSS PAPER
180 and 200 gsm ultra-high-gloss true resin photo-base paper. Suitable for eye-catching short term indoor point of sale applications and life-like photographs.
PHOTO SATIN PAPER
180 and 200 gsm satin finish true resin-coated photo-base paper.
Sharp, brilliant photo-quality images.
Non-reflective surface permits the full impact of a design or photograph to be viewed without glare.
ADHESIVE MATT VINYL
Durable high white adhesive matt vinyl. Water-resistant, vibrant colour depth,
strong adhesion but still removable within 6 months. Creates sharp, bright images with smooth silky feel.
CLEAR 'CLING' FILM
100 micron clear film with peelable release liner. Brilliant for short-term indoor window advertising. 'Static' cling feature - so it can be repositioned.
METALLIC SILVER FILM
100 micron metalised silver-polyester film. High impact, mirror-finish which provides dramatic eye-catching images.
Also available in gold.
BACKLIT FILM
220 micron coated polyester film. Excellent dense image definition and line clarity.
Water-resistant, suitable for use in light boxes especially where high humidity or condensation are a problem.
CANVAS
340 gsm natural matt finish ideal for framing and mounting onto boards. Can be sewn or grometted for banners.
